A palette holds colour, the starting point of creation. A palate holds taste, the gateway to flavour and memory. Together they speak a shared language of nuance, layering, and harmony.

Palette the exhibition is born from this dual meaning: a collection of artworks created to be experienced not only with the eyes, but also alongside wine and food, where brushstrokes mirror vintages, and flavours echo colours on canvas. In collaboration with Evenfall Wines, Wellington & Wolfe, and Bellebonne by Natalie Fryar, we are proud to present Palette: an immersive cellar door experience designed to awaken the senses. Set against the historic Evenfall estate overlooking the Tamar/Kanamaluka River, the winery has been transformed into a private Art gallery and cellar door, surrounded by more than 40 artworks suspended among wine barrels.
